1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ATANASOVA-MED EOOD, with its registered office and management address at: 35A Shesti Septemvri Blvd., 1st floor, Plovdiv, hereinafter referred to as the Company, and every User of the website atadermacosmetics.com.
1.2. By accessing the Site and/or placing an order, the User accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes becoming effective upon their publication on the Site.

3. Goods and Services
3.1. The Site offers cosmetic products under the ATA-DERMA Cosmetics brand.
3.2. Information for each product includes main characteristics, price, and availability.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to update or change the product range and prices without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1. Orders are placed through the Site’s electronic platform.
4.2. An order is considered valid after confirmation by the User and acceptance by the Company.
4.3. Prices are in Bulgarian Lev and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.4. Payment can be made via:
- cash on delivery;
- bank transfer;
- debit/credit card.
5. Delivery
5.1. Deliveries are made within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria via courier service.
5.2. The delivery period is up to 5 working days from the confirmation of the order.
5.3. Delivery costs are at the expense of the User, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.4. In case of impossibility of delivery due to the fault of the User (e.g., wrong address), the costs shall be borne by them.
6. Cancellation and Returns
6.1. The User has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
6.2. The condition for return is that the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in its original commercial condition.
6.3. Return costs are at the expense of the User, except in cases of defect or incorrect delivery.
6.4. The Company shall refund the amount within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
7. Complaints
7.1. In case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the User has the right to a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
7.2. Complaints are submitted via email to info@ataderma.com or by phone at +359 884 51 51 81.
7.3. The Company shall review the complaint within a period of up to 30 days.
8. Personal Data Protection
8.1. The Company collects and processes personal data (name, address, email, phone) solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders and customer service.
8.2. Processing is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.
8.3. The User has the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of their personal data.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All texts, images, logos, and other information on the Site are the property of the Company or used with permission.
9.2. Their use without written consent is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Company is not responsible for:
- temporary unavailability of the Site;
- inaccuracies or omissions in the content;
- damages resulting from improper use of the products.
10.2. The products are intended for external use and should be used according to the instructions.
11. Applicable Law
11.1. For all matters not settled herein, the provisions of the current Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
11.2. Disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if impossible – by the competent court in the city of Plovdiv.
