General Provisions<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between <strong>ATANASOVA-MED EOOD<\/strong>, with its registered office and management address at: 35A Shesti Septemvri Blvd., 1st floor, Plovdiv, hereinafter referred to as the <strong>Company<\/strong>, and every User of the website <strong>atadermacosmetics.com<\/strong>.<br\/>1.2. By accessing the Site and\/or placing an order, the User accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.<br\/>1.3. The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes becoming effective upon their publication on the Site.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Goods and Services<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. The Site offers cosmetic products under the <strong>ATA-DERMA Cosmetics<\/strong> brand.<br\/>3.2. Information for each product includes main characteristics, price, and availability.<br\/>3.3. The Company reserves the right to update or change the product range and prices without prior notice.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Orders and Payment<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. Orders are placed through the Site&#8217;s electronic platform.<br\/>4.2. An order is considered valid after confirmation by the User and acceptance by the Company.<br\/>4.3. Prices are in Bulgarian Lev and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.<br\/>4.4. Payment can be made via:   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cash on delivery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bank transfer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>debit\/credit card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. Deliveries are made within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria via courier service.<br\/>5.2. The delivery period is up to 5 working days from the confirmation of the order.<br\/>5.3. Delivery costs are at the expense of the User, unless explicitly stated otherwise.<br\/>5.4. In case of impossibility of delivery due to the fault of the User (e.g., wrong address), the costs shall be borne by them.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Cancellation and Returns<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1. The User has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.<br\/>6.2. The condition for return is that the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in its original commercial condition.<br\/>6.3. Return costs are at the expense of the User, except in cases of defect or incorrect delivery.<br\/>6.4. The Company shall refund the amount within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Complaints<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.1. In case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the User has the right to a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.<br\/>7.2. Complaints are submitted via email to <strong><a>info@ataderma.com<\/a><\/strong> or by phone at <strong>+359 884 51 51 81<\/strong>.<br\/>7.3. The Company shall review the complaint within a period of up to 30 days.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Personal Data Protection<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1. The Company collects and processes personal data (name, address, email, phone) solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders and customer service.<br\/>8.2. Processing is in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act.<br\/>8.3. The User has the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of their personal data.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1. All texts, images, logos, and other information on the Site are the property of the Company or used with permission.<br\/>9.2. Their use without written consent is prohibited. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.1. The Company is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>temporary unavailability of the Site;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inaccuracies or omissions in the content;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>damages resulting from improper use of the products.<br\/>10.2. The products are intended for external use and should be used according to the instructions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Applicable Law<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.1. For all matters not settled herein, the provisions of the current Bulgarian legislation shall apply.<br\/>11.2. Disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if impossible \u2013 by the competent court in the city of Plovdiv. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
